After 13 years as a public school theatre teacher, I stepped away for a time to focus on my children. Now that they are a bit older, I find the experience of being a set teacher combines my love of education and my passion for the performative arts, along with a new joy found in filmmaking. On every project I make certain the minor(s) I'm with and the production team working alongside us know that I am there to educate and advocate for the minor, so they can feel safe and free to create!
