Description:Pawnee Lake is located north of town. 1.5 miles off highway 18. The bath house was built by the WPA in 1932 to compliment the 300 acre lake. hundreds of steps lead down the shore of the swimming hole. The lake is the primary source of water for the city. Lake feature two boat docks, many camp sites including playgrounds.
