Description:
The Muskogee Civic Center, which has hosted a number of entertainment acts including Carrie Underwood, Brooks & Dunn, Willie Nelson, George Jones and Loretta Lynn to name a few, is famous for its association with Merle Haggard’s mega chartbusting hit single, “Okie from Muskogee," and in October of 2024, the Muskogee Civic Center unveiled a bronze statue to commemorate the legendary musician. While it's known for its rich historical music ties, it has also hosted fight nights, basketball tournaments, Oktoberfests, circuses, and anything you can imagine!
