The historic USS Batfish is a WWII submarine known for sinking three Japanese submarines within 76 hours earning it the nickname "Submarine Killer." Following its decommission, the ship made its final voyage and resting spot in Muskogee in 1972, which opened as a museum complete with tours and military artifacts.
