While Duncan began and remains very much an oil and gas town, we’re also home to manufacturing plants, warehouses, new construction, and an always evolving economic development looking to widen our range of services offered. Duncan features a number of attractions including the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center, visible Chisholm Trail marks, museums, art galleries, and casino. For shopping, the majority of our options are found in downtown Duncan on Main Street. You’ll find antiques, apparel, décor, furniture, upscale kitchenware, gifts, and more. As far as grocers and supplies, our primary source is Wal-Mart; however, we do also offer options at smaller, locally-owned shops as well. Many guests find Duncan through a number of events held each year at the Stephens County Fair & Expo Center, which offers 77,000 square feet of meeting space and barns for rodeos, livestock shows, trade shows, personal events, and more.
