Bill Baxter is a chief lighting technician (gaffer) whose work spans features, documentaries, commercials, and feature films. Owner of two passports, Bill is able to work in the United States as well as Canada. Specializing in aerial lifts, a trained lighting balloon tech, underwater and shooting in difficult locations (caves, rooftops, tunnels in snow ice, and rain) he has acquired a lengthy resume with the goal of good lighting that fits the budget and the story.
