I recently completed work on Season 3 of Reservation Dogs as Accounting Apprentice. Despite the recent guild/union strikes that halted much of the work in Oklahoma I am still very eager and motivated to continue my growth in the Oklahoma film and television industry. While working on Rez Dogs I worked in SmartAccounting, SmartPO, CASHet and digital document filing using Adobe Acrobat. Also on my own I have completed the Payroll Accounting Basics training course with SAS inc. and Cecilia Escobar through the Francis Tuttle Technology Center. This remote training covered payroll processing for SAG/AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, ASA and Teamsters/Local Crafts. I am excited to put the training into practice. I have also obtained the IATSE 484 Area Standards agreement to gain more in-depth knowledge on the complexities of this payroll. Obviously this does not replace real world hands-on experience, but it's something I can do during the down time to further my knowledge.I am also a 2022 graduate of the Oklahoma Film and Television Academy Set Ready training and am willing to jump into any department that can use a PA with a mind for numbers & accounting procedures. Basically I have a strong desire to utilize my accounting education & experience anywhere I am be of value.I am comfortable using office technology and know I can quickly get up to speed on industry specific software such as Movie Magic or Wrapbook. I’m very excited to bring my skills and enthusiam to your production.
