Dylan Jeanette Albertson is an award-winning visual artist, aerialist, animator and filmmaker with a B.F.A. in Studio Art and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Central Oklahoma. Specializing in analogue methods, Albertson combines traditional stop-motion animation, dynamic aerialist movement quality, and science fiction cinematic drama to draft dreamy queer visual narratives. Most recently, their animated film debut, a sapphic science fiction short titled "For Small Creatures," made its film festival premiere in the London FRINGE! Queer Film and Art Festival. As a crewman in the camera department, Albertson is adept at assisting DPs and Camera Operators both before the shot and after, is an excellent communicator, and, using their background in the visual arts, finds creative ways to assist in getting the shot.
