Paul Dower is an Oklahoman experimental and documentary filmmaker. Born and raised in Tulsa, OK, Paul has loved film ever since his parents sat him down in front of a TV to watch some of their favorite movies. He graduated from Oklahoma City University in 2022 with a BFA in film and moved to OKC shortly after. His love for film comes from the ability to push the boundaries of storytelling, as well as document and share the stories from our own daily lives.
