I have lead crews on several different jobs in "Creative Construction" world in addition to film. Keeping up with a constantly changing environment and continual problem solving is my jam!I love to find the strengths in each of my construction crew and utilize them to most effectively execute the task at hand! I love the world of film and enjoy being apart of the opportunity to tell great stories via building beautiful sets!
I lead my construction team efficiently by learning the crew and creating a team, not only build each other up... but, build the best film set possible!I'm a problem solver, I often say that I don't report problems to Production Designers DPs or Directors but, I offer solutions to what was a problem.I don't show up empty handed. I have equipment, tools, connections and experience with a variety of materials.Give me a set of drawings, a budget -n- deadline... And I'll make it happen.
