Charles Elmore is a filmmaker from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Working in the film and video production industry since 2000, he has provided his skills as an editor, operator and director of photography on various projects including features and television series, commercials, along with narrative shorts and documentaries. He has worked in feature films and documentaries including Hell In The Heartland (Discovery), Minari (A24), Fancy Dance (AppleTV+), and Reservation Dogs (FX/Hulu) and The Lowdown (FX networks). Additionally, Charles is an advocate for a strong local film community and supports the local film community in Oklahoma through The Tulsa Film Collective, a non-profit co-founded in 2017 with Sterlin Harjo (Reservation Dogs & The Lowdown).
